Paper stops Advancing Pro-1000

My newly purchased Pro-1000 Is not advancing the paper on the last inch of the print. It happens with different sized prints. Since the paper does not advance I get an ink buildup where the paper stops advancing. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Howard

Since it is newly purchased i recommend you register it on the Canon site and then contact Canon for support.

It is recently purchased from a previous owner.

Oh. You could still try calling Canon; 1-800-OK-CANON.

Also, go into the printer driver and try a roller cleaning.
