I have been given a PIXMA Pro9000 Mark II. I do not have the CD and am having trouble installing the printer on my MacBook Air running OSX 10.14. Are the drivers available to install this printer? Is it too old to use?

The Canon support site doesn't have a driver for Mojave. You could try using the High Sierra driver.

Hi. I cannot find a driver on the Canon site (US) to install on my Macbook Air 2020 that will then connect with PIXMA Pro9000. OS currently running is Big Sur 11.1. I found older drivers but the system won't recognize and therefore install them. I know this is an older printer, but it has worked perfectly for many many years. Is there a way to get the system to recognize and install an older driver so I can keep using my Pro9000?
