I just received a new Pro 200 today and was installing it when the print head alignment failed. Retrying gave the same error. I tried removing the ink cartridges and print head but everything looked ok and I reinstalled. Same error. Manual suggested a manual print head adjustment but it won’t allow that until an automatic adjustment has passed successfully. I am more than frustrated with Canon at this point. Being Saturday there is no phonic chat support either. Any suggestions? The printed pages only seem to show magenta blocks as far as I can see.

Tried it again this morning after removing all of the ink cartridges one at a time to inspect them and got the same results. First page shows 2 blocks of magenta and red and second page shows several blocks of varying colors between magenta and red. Will call Canon tomorrow during business hours.
