This printer is by farrr the most difficult thing I have ever had to deal with !! 

I use a canson aquarelle rag paper 240 gsm, and it takes me about 30 minutes to make one print. I have to manually feed the paper and stay by the printer because it does not feed unless I have my hand on the top of the paper.

Is this normal ??? I am ready to sell this thing.

It's my fault.

I got a message that I couldn't post an image since my allotment was full, so I deleted a page of images.

I didn't realize that they were embedded in the post but rather kept going back to the library.

I will repost the Mac image since that ius what the OP needs.

Also I think I will use photoshop going forward, Illustrator is too much of a headache.
