PIXMA PRO-100 prints 8.5" x 11" on A3+ paper

When I attempt to print on A3+ the printer automatically sizes the print to 8.5 x 11 on the A3+ paper. Is there a way to correct this? I am using Canon paper.

What version of Windows is installed on your computer?
If you are using a Mac, what version of the macOS is installed?

What application on your computer are you using to print your images?

I am using Windows 10. I am not sure of the application. But, I will check.
