PIXMA PRO-100 on Windows 11 not printing correctly after installing latest firmware available

BOtto
Apprentice

I recently downloaded

PRO-100 series Printer Driver Ver.1.07 (Windows)TypeDrivers
Date10.04.21 File Size27.90 MB
and installed it successfully, but now none of my pictures are printing correctly.
Dark areas are over exposed, Others appear faded and when I tried printing a borderless 4x6 it came out with a L shaped border.  I"ve used ADOBE Photoshop and Canon Easy-PhotoPint Editor and they both had bad pictures.
Did not have problems before this, any suggestions?

The 1.07 driver was released in 2021. Compatible with W11 but not new for W11.
I this a new computer or an existing computer upgraded to W11?

If existing computer did printer work OK before you upgraded to W11?

Try deleting and reinstalling the driver.

Thank you for the response, New computer with Windows 11, printer worked before I did the this driver install today.

Turns out my problem had nothing to do with the install today, the printer had been sitting unused for awhile and I was not getting connected over WIFI, so that is why I tried the driver install. Got connected, but then had the problems.  Should have done the obvious, clean the print heads and low and behold the pictures came out just fine.

Not sure what caused the out of alignment on one, but every picture reprinted just fine on each of the photo software apps I use.  Thanks again for the suggestion.
