PIXMA PRO-100 - not printing even though it says successful.

I just added my Pro-100 to a new computer. It's online and in Idle mode. Even though a test print or printing a page says it printed successfully there is no print, errors or sounds from the printer. The document is not in the spooling que either.

Need to know computer and operating system as a start.

AMD Ryzen 7 5700U with Radeon Graphics 1.80 GHz - 32.0 GB - 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor - Windows 11 Pro -

Does the driver indicate that it sees the printer, sych as by showing ink levels?

Yes it recognizes the printer. When I hit "print a test page" it goes to the que, cycles for a moment the goes away. The power button flashes a few times and goes away but doesn't try to print, no sounds and no errors. Only odd thing is the driver says Pro-1 series instead of Pro-100 series. If my memory serves it used to say Pro-100 on previous machines but not 100% certain of that. There is an icon in Devices and Printers that says Pro-100 but is grayed out and does not do anything. The Pro-1 icon is there as well under printers and devices that is connected.

Sounds like you have installed the wrong driver.

Windows may be saying it successfully sent to driver but then driver can't find a printer.

That's what I was thinking but I was unable to find a Pro-100 driver in the Canon driver list. Only the Pro-1. Do you see a Pro-100 driver available for download?
