PIXMA PRO-100 Printing at Wrong Size

Does anyone know why my printer prints in small size, is it configured to print US LETTER.

I only change the media type to glossy paper and when i change it the size change too i dont know why.

What software are you trying to print from? I assume you are trying to print a photo?
