pro 100 printer nozzle print colors way off

was printing several prints and midway through my prints it started printing them all very magenta color.  have done nozzle checks, deep cleaning.  the nozzle check shows the group 1 is clearly off color, yellow is does not hardly have color to it at all.  the others are very very light.  group 2 looks closer to normal.  what am i missing, how do i fix this

Since it failed while you were printing I would guess that clogging is not the problem. Could be a head failure or an electrical failure in the printer. I have seen folks post that the ribbon cables have failed. You could contact Canon, but to the best of my knowledge they are not servicing that printer any more. Used one from eBay or an upgrade to the Pro-200 (Pro-200 would be my route if/when my Pro-100 reaches EOL). Canon does have a discount program I believe.
