Thanks, John.   At last, finally Canon has figured it out.

A note on the Adobe support community indicating that Canon recommends manually installing the software if mecessary.  I did that by moving it from PSE 14 into the newest PSE and that worked. 

 

[Seems to be a problem with PSElements.  Shouldn't this soft warejust appear after the download when called up for an image?

It is in the Print Studio Pro folder / Frameworks and listed as an application.  But it is not working right now.  Anyone have a suggestions?  Thanks.

 

Looks like the new PSP works fine with PSElements 14, but not with the newest version of Elements.]
