I have a Canon Pro-2000 which I have had for several years. I don’t use it too frequently, as printing is a hobby for “relaxation”, not a profession. I am a surgeon by trade. After not using the printer for about a year, it refuses to recognize roll paper in the printer. I have reinstalled all of the software. Updated firmware and drivers. It prints fine when using “maintenance” functions. It refuses to recognize the presence of the roll paper, so it will not print. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
