My Pro-200 has an ink problem (smudge/blurred) help : (

I just purchased the Prixma Pro 200 to print my art pieces. The test print came out fine, but when I printed my first piece on the pro luster paper it came out extremely blurred and smudged. See below.

I have adjusted the paper setting and it's the correct paper, I am using the sample pack that came with my printer as well by cannon. What should I do?

That problem is frequently caused by printing on the wrong side of the paper. It is often difficult to determine the print side. Wet a fingertip and touch a corner of the paper. The print side will be tacky. That faces out when you load the paper.
