Multiple Pro-10 Issues

1 - Colors aren't close - Calibrated monitor, Photoshop manages color or printer manages color, they are way off. I have followed all the steps found via searches - there is no change with the output of the printer.

 

2 - Tried prnting with EZ Photo - run as Administrator - Insufficient memory error. Win10 32GB RAM - no other applications running.

 

Next steps?

Hello. I will try to help.

 

1. what software are you printing from?

2. did you try using Print Studio Pro?

3. download and print this test image - do not make any adjustemnts in your software.

4. can you psot a iPhone shot of the printed test image?

5. by "all the steps" that includes nozzle check and cleaning if required?
