Lightroom Print Module turns prints blue but Canon Print Studio Pro prints are beautiful

I am new to printing and realize that the learning curve is steep, so any help is appreciated. I have a Mac monitor calibrated with ColorMunkie. I use ICC profile with perceptual Intent soft proofing in Lightroom. When I use the Canon Print Studio Pro plug-in, my prints (Canon Pixma Pro-100 printer) look great. When I use LR print module (16 bit output, ICC profile,Perceptual Intent, with no print adjustment) the prints all turn blue.

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?  Thanks in advance for any help.

I see Pro-100. only. There is no Bonjour version

When you chec Print Settings on left hand side of Lightroom are you choosing the appropriate Media Type and Quality?
