I for the life of me can't get my ImagePROGRAF PRO-1000 to install on my fresh Windows 10 Install

I've literally tried everything.  The printer is connected to the Wi-Fi network and the software picks it up.  The regular driver installs properly, but the XPS driver hangs at the very last second during install.  It worked without issue on my Windows 8.1 installation but Win 10 is a different story.  Help Please!
