Horizontal lines on print Canon Pro 1000

I am using Hahnemuhle Fine Art Barita Satin and also, Fine Art Rag to print black and white images on my Canon Pro 1000. There are lines across the top of my images, see the photo below. I have done maintenance and still the lines are there. Also am using manuel feed at the highest quality setting. (the white spots are just dust sitting on top the print, not in it.

Have you tried enabling the minimize print head abrasion setting?
