Hi,
I want to print cards on plain 300g paper, and borderless. Is it possible to manage that on Canon pro-300?
I have read something about a possibility to cancel the margin regulation. Would that make it possible?
Or could I chose another paper quality that can take borderless - and use it for my plain paper?
I would be very grateful for your comment on this before I take a decision about buying this printer.

From the product website:
"Paper types NOT supported for borderless printing are as follows: Envelope, High Resolution Paper, T-Shirt Transfer, Photo Stickers"
Plain paper should be OK. There may be an issue with non-standard (i.e.custom) paper sizes.
You could call Canon sales and speak with them.

Thanks John for your reply. I have called Canon support and they say its not possible to print borderless on plain paper. When I have checked the instruction manual it also looks like its not possible. Therefore I try the community for any ideas..

Interesting. Even though it is not listed as "not possible" in the marketing material I would rely on the sales folks.
