The Canon on-screen manual gives instructions for installing Canon Print Studio Pro -- which shows up in posts on fixing printer color problems, so I wanted to investigate it. But it won't install.
I get this error message:
"Plug-in Installer
A version of Abobe Photoshop supported by Printer Studio Pro is not installed.
A supported version of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Photoshop Elements or Adobe
Photoshop Lightroom is required to install the plug-in for Print Studio Pro."
I have Adobe Creative Suite CC. Both Photoshop & Lightroom are up to date. Neither were running when I attempted to install the Canon printer plug-in.
Has anyone seen this? Could Canon just be out of date, and therefore is not recognizing the latest version of Adobe CC?
Or is this some other handshake problem?
Thanks!
