Canon Pixma Pro -100 prints funny at the end

Good day everyone;

I am very pleased to own a canon pixma pro-100, however, after printing about 30 4x6's during christmas, I realize that before the printer spits out the paper, it slides the paper and prints funny at the end of the page. (please see attached picture)

I already clenaed the printheads via the software and the rollers, can you all please quide me what might be my problem?

I am not using canon photo paper, I do not mind using it but I wanted to make sure it is not something else.

I have not re-seated the print head yet, it does print the allignment page to a none photo paper fine.

And yes, it does mess up at the same spot all the time.

Thank you for all  your help.

Are you using the rear tray or manual feed tray.

Thank you for your quick response, I am using the rear tray. I do have Windows OS (windows 10), I do match all the printer properties to print 4x6 on the software and the windows settings.

I did to the roller , back rollers I think, it asked me to put 3 papers after the the test is over.

I do put the paper as pictured on the post.

Do you think something else is messed up maybe ?

My only experience with printing 4x6 was using Canon photo paper. It worked OK for me. Sorry I can't offer more help.

I appreciate you! I am glad someone is here and willing to answer people.

Thank you so much!

I will check and see if I can try different paper and do the roller test and report back. Hopefully someone else also might have an input.

Thanks again.
