I have a Pixma Pro-10 Printer and I had just refilled the ink cartridges, all the lights are on for each cartridge.
However, when I try to print, or even just showing the printer status, I get the pop up for support code: 1419, telling me to replace the ink tank for which the lamp is off.
I have cleaned the chips on both the cartridges and the print head and still the same message.
Any idea of what is going on, or if I'm missing something?

Hi,
Canon does not recommend using refilled cartridges because if the chip is not reset, the ink cartridge will still be read as empty.
