My settings (print quality in particular) in printer preferences don't stick between the time I set them, then close the dialog box, then open again. It reverts back to standard print quality after I set it to high or highest. I've tried through Windows Control Panel, through Canon My Printer, and through 3rd party (ie - Qimage). None work.
Further, through Qimage, it worked on a Windows 7 computer, but it doesn't on a Windows 10 computer, and I'm not doing anything different.
I have tried reinstalling the driver and upgrading to v1.1 driver. Did not work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!
Jeff
