When I want to print, I chose my ICC profile, (I previously used the media configuration tool to send paper info into the printer), I find my paper on the printer, everything is fine, BUT, in the "media type" tab of PPL, I can't find MY paper. So I take an equivalent. and there... impression spontaneously impossible. This tells me that my paper doesn't match... I have to force the print.
How can I add my Ilford paper (or other new paper) to the PPL “media type” tab???
Thank you very much.

Hi pchalix,
Please open PP&L and click on File and Other settings. In the Preferences, click the Add/Update Media Information.
More information regarding this can be viewed here:
Professional Print & Layout Guide > PP&L Screens > Other Settings Dialog Box
