I cannot access Unit Cost Dialog Box, it's greyed out. I updated to the latest software verson 1.4, no change. Help

First, please make sure that your PRO-1000 is registered in the Accounting Manager software:

Once registered, please enter the Unit Costs:

My printer is a Canon Pro 1000 connected to my Win 10 PC via ethernet.

You can try running the Printer Firmware Updater (Windows) for the imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 Ver.2.5. Please the link below to run the installer:

fuu_-win-pro_1000-2_5-ea7.exe

 

After updating the firmware, does the issue persist?

Printer Firmware is version 3.01. Updated driver to v6.6. No change

I'm having the same issue. I have a Canon Prograf Pro 1000. I registered and authenticated the printer in Acounting Manager, I can see the list of jobs in the window, but I can't add unit costs. The unit cost button is grayed out, and under File/Job Cost, unit cost is also greyed out. I just updated the firmware on the printer yesterday, firmware version is 3.020.
