A3+ print is very smudgy on PIXMA PRO-100

Hi guys. I just got the PIXMA PRO-100 and did a few letter sized and A3+ prints, and the latter is VERY smudgy !!!

For both prints, I used Windows 10's image print feature and printed using best quality.

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong ?

It might be that you’ve printed on the wrong side of the A3 paper. Wet your finger tip and touch a corner of the paper, the sticky side is the side you want to print on.
