1. When I try to print borderless on A3+ using my Pro-1000, whatever I do, I get a narrow (2mm) unprinted band along the top-edge of the print; I've followed all instructions on doing borderless printing, and move all the sliders etc. as well as doing everything else, but I can't fix it. And when I try to use Print Studio Pro....
2. All I get is 'The destination folder for this operation is missing'...then "/Library/Caches/Canon/PrintStudioPro/printStudioPro-LR-TEMP" (Those last 2 are not hyphens, but underline things). I've tried re-installing it, sometimes it then works, othertimes it doesn't...infuriating!!
Any help with either would be great...I just want to print A3+ borderless....is that too much to ask??
Thanks.

Greetings,
The symbols in question are called "underscores" Underscore_
Are you using a MAC?
Running OS? (we don't know)
With drivers version??
Connected via??
What Paper type are you using?
Can you print borderless on A3+ from any application reliably?
I'm off to work. Reply back and someone can try to help.
