Not able to print to our Canon iR-ADV C7770 copiers using Microsoft's Universal Print Connector App.
Any one have any suggestions how to get it to work?
On the Windows Device the print job will just say Sent to printer as the status. And the local Printer Server with Universal Print Connector App will not receive the job.
I do not have any issues with our HP Printers and Konica Copiers with the Universal Print Connector App.

If you don't have a dealer and you're in the United States, please call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) and we will be happy to provide you with the names of dealers in your area.
If you're outside the USA, visit http://global.canon and choose your country or region from the map for local support.
