imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX 4945i Error on Start Up New Machine

Hello,

I have a new Canon 4945i Imagerunner and am getting a E00202-0010 error code on start up. I did not buy it from Canon so they are not able to provide support. Any help would be appreciated.
