imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5560i II - mac

We have had ongoing issues here printing to an Imagerunner Advance C5560i II from mac computers.

Previously we could get some functionality with certain driver selections, but never full control/visibility to the printer's functions and status.

This seemingly new software:

iPR_Svr_E9000_PS_V1.04_FD7.0_Mac.zip

Seems to resolve most of those issues and one can now use many of the printer's features.

However, with this driver/software package every print job now includes a cover page. We have searched high and low in every place we can think of and can not find any place where this cover page is selected/enabled, so have not found a way to disable/de-select it.

How to disable this (wasteful) cover page and further us along on our journey to printing nirvana?
