Hello,
No matter what settings we have tried to change on the Fiery Driver and within an Apple product - the colors on our Canon C265 printer are not correct. The main issue is that we have a red and gray background color, with a map overlapping so the colors are light in the back. It won't print those background colors AT ALL. We tried to change a setting and it turned out purple was all.
Any troubleshooting help would be great. We've already uninstalled & reinstalled the drivers.

While our Forum Community members are welcome to chime in, Canon does not provide direct support for imageRUNNER series products. However, your dealer can help! You should be able to find their contact info somewhere on the front or side of the unit.

Sadly, my dealer has been delayed in response. I didn't realize specific printers could not get troubleshooting help from Canon..
