Hello,
We recently purchased and installed an imageRUNNER ADVANCE 6555i I I am running into an issue where when we try to print anything from any other source the printer is so light and barley legible I have edited the toner settings to not save toner, adjusted the Greyscale to make it darker, and ran a toner/drum cleaning and still nothing. When I send a test print to the printer itself from our server its located on the test print comes out dark like it should be. Is there anything I am missing? The drivers installed on it are the latest version of PS3.
