imageRUNNER 2425i "Checking the Data" message

      My photo copy machine 2425i opens after turning on shows up (checking the data) and I don’t know the solution or how to fix it.

I am Julius from Tanzania, Kigoma my friend you need to buy new formetter board .I replace new formetter board and that problem solved.
