imagePROGRAF TM-300 Print Head Error

I replaced the printer head and ink in our image PROGRAF TM300 and keep getting this error..."Printer head cannot be recognized correctly. Open the the top cover and install the correct print head". I installed the correct print head which is the PF06. I put the old one back in and it still says the same, then I installed the new one and still the same error message. I've turned it off and on, as well as unplugging it for a little bit and still getting error...any suggestions?

Based on the type of issue you're experiencing, I would recommend that you contact our Large Format Printer telephone support at 1-800-423-2366 (press option 1 then option 3 for Large Format Printers), Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, excluding holidays. I hope this is helpful.
