i got a new plotter canon tm-240 fully working with custom papers but if i try to load a fifferent type of support ( not paper) in my case is a type of canvas not reconnized by the plotter system, i am unable to continue and cannot try to print on my canvas support.

I know there is the possibility to set up a special support but ,maybe, i was not able to set up correctly

Can you help me?

Hi, i use windows and i have installed all the canon software and firmware for the tm-240.

But.... the problem is not on software but it is related to the plotter itself, beeing the loading of the printing support ( sheet or roll) when is not a conventional type of support. I mean that, for example, if i try to load a canvas of my own setting it as a "special type", simply the plotter do not load the special canvas and the message says thet is unable to reconnize it. (i have also deactivated, in the plotter menu,  the option to reconnize the type of support).

Thank you
