imagePROGRAF PRO-2600 not showing cut sheet option in photoshop

I am hoping this is the dumbest question so that it mean its the easiest fix!

I am trying to print with cut sheet option but when I go on photoshop it is greyed out and is only letting me pick the roll option and I would like to have both as options. 

PLEASE HELP! I have been trying everything to the past 4 days!

Here's what worked for me on a Mac

In the Paper Handling section, click on the destination paper size (even if it's already the right sized). Then find your size and in the submenu that opens, select cut sheet.

Hi MLArtface,

The reply provided by ajw1293 is correct if you are using a Mac. If you are using Windows, you would change the paper source to cut sheet on the page setup tab (see below) in the printer properties. I hope this is helpful.
