Hi, we also have the problem with our Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-6100S.
We keep getting the error message EC31-2F1C. I thought it was the print head, but cleaning has not brought the expected success so far and the print head is working very well. I have also cleaned the transport rollers for the paper. There was only a temporary improvement, then the error message "Hardware error EC31-2F1C" returned. I could imagine that it might also have something to do with the transport unit. Can someone from CANON please help or does anyone have similar problems and a solution to the problem? Thank you.
