imagePROGRAF PRO-2100 Won't Print from Layout Software

Hi . I'm using a pro 2100 . 

I have used Layout software for a while . When I send the image, It says sending then just disappears. 
If i send it through Adobe like AI or Photoshop it prints . 
what can be the problem

Please follow these steps:

1.  Click on the Apple in the upper left corner of your Mac.

2.  Click on System Preferences.

3.  Click on Printers & Scanners.

4.  Click one time on the PRO-2100 on the left side.

Looking at the right side, what is listed to the right of "Kind" ?
