I have two iR-ADV C5740 copiers.
Recently they were moved to a new building, and now they are having issues with what seems like waking up from a deep sleep. When prints are sent, it's taking a few minutes for it to wake up and print. No settings were changed. It's on a 2 hour sleep timer, which is the longest you can set, and within that time frame it will go back into this deep sleep. It's definitely losing network connection during this sleep, which is why prints are getting stuck in a queue till a point in which it wakes back up.
Has anyone ran into something like this? I'm leaning more towards an issue with the network or switch than a sleep or energy saving setting, because like I said, nothing was changed.
