Varioprint 6000 license file

RenatoFernandes

I am an independent software consultant in the print market. A customer of mine has acquired a Varioprint 6000 on a public auction. The printer is perfect, however, the license file is missing on the controler.

It boots up and runs perfectly, but there is nothing licensed, not even the base license is present.

The customer does not have the license file and has no means to get to know the previous owner to ask for this file.

Does any know how can we get a copy of the license file for this printer?

Greetings ,

For the Varioprint 6000 Titian series, you will need to contact Canon Business Support.

It's possible you will be referred to a local Canon dealer, but check with them first.
