Hello, Our Office recently went under new management and the previous manager did not give any ID or Pin to the printer to new management. We are needing to access functions that seem to be locked. No where in the manual does it mention a factory reset or ID/PIN reset. I know this is a older printer but we are low budget business and it still works well in most areas. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.
