How about a central repository of custom profiles? gone after Computer replacement

My Windows 10 computer, after replacement, lost custom print preferences which are, for some reason, missed by migration tool.

Is one of the following possible for  Image Runner Advance C5560i Printer to recover preferences:

1. script ?
2. export/import? 
3. Cloud storage ?
