Hello
I have a Canon pro 2000 and all of a sudden it looses all the ink in the cartridge from the PBK. I changed cartridge and the same happened. I see the color ends up in the waste bin as it gets full of black ink.
Do you have any idea what it can be ? Could a new printhead help ?(mine is quite old) also thought it might be the purge unit or a hole in the diagram where the inks sit. Just wild guesses , customer service asked 1000€ just to come see it !
