I have a brand new TM 200, I set it up a week ago and did the test print and a black and white document with text.
I've switched it on today and saw it had a notice saying 'print head not aligned' so did the alignment as suggested, the notice won't go away though I've done several now. I've done two prints of photos to test it out and they both have 4 white lines across them - one printed on photo paper and one on regular paper.
I'm not sure what to do to fix it!
Thanks for the help
