Assistance Needed: Canon imagePROGRAF Status Monitor Installation and Blue Tint on Black Lines

Hi everyone,

I'm currently working with a Canon imagePROGRAF printer and aiming to run a color test. To facilitate this, I've attempted to install the imagePROGRAF Status Monitor. However, I'm encountering some issues:​

• The Status Monitor doesn't appear in the list of installed applications or drivers on my computer.​

• Within the printer's maintenance options, it indicates that the Status Monitor isn't installed.​

Has anyone faced similar challenges or can offer guidance on resolving this? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

The issue I'm trying to fix is - During prints, I'm noticing that black lines are appearing with a blue tint. There are other black lines but some are coming out blue.
