Thanks for the updated information! If we could ask you to please double check on the model name one more time. It looks like what you provided was the printer's serial number. The model is on the printer itself, and will be worded similar to "PIXMA MG" or "PIXMA MX" followed by a series of numbers. We appreciate your patience!
