Recently, our MX459 went offline. The router had to be re-set, so we thought that reconnecting it to that would resolve the issue. Well, the wifi is connected, but the iPad for Airprint does not see the printer, and the laptop shows the device as offline. Ink cartridges are not low -just put new ones in. Ideas??

Since your router has been reset, you will need to reinstall the drivers for the printer on your computer to reconnect it to your network. The latest drivers can be downloaded from the Canon USA website; so we can provide you with information for downloading the drivers applicable to your computers, please let us know what operating system you have (version of Windows or Mac OS X).
