I had to get a new T-Mobile router (same model but different network name). I can't get the printer to prompt me for the password. I reset the printer using the panel but it still doesn't prompt me for a password. Called Canon and they tried to sell me new anti virus software. Anyone have any step by step solutions?

Hi, nmchugh6!
Thanks for posting on our forum! This community is designed for your fellow Canon owners to help each other out with any problems they may encounter. If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options. We should point out that our support team doesn't sell anti-virus software so it's possible you might have contacted someone other than Canon USA. These links can get you to our own official support team.
Thanks and have a great day!
