iPhone won't connect to PIXMA MG3620 Help - or throwing it out the window

So here is my problem, simple as it may be I cannot get these 2 things synced back up. Not sure what happened, but my printer all of a sudden has a love-hate relationship with my all of my devices. It will start printing, then stop - prompt my phone that there is an error & to cancel print - then automatically start reprinting on its own, but will then prompt again there’s an error. So if you think “ok I’ll just click stop & then go back to reprint it” the same thing happens all over again.
I assumed, ok just turn it off & turn it back on things will fix themselves. WRONG! It now does it with anything I print, so I say again to myself that it’s no big deal I can do this. I’m 35 I can do almost anything… but this has me burning brain cells & I still can’t get it solved. NOW I CANT EVEN GET MY PHONE TO CONNECT AT ALL. Yes I have turned everything on & off. I have unplugged the printer, the router, the modem, restarted everything, tried it on my computer, I’ve done the magic button combinations “push the stop button, wait for 21 blinks, push color button, Bluetooth button, wait for the power light to flash.” I have done everything except plug it into my laptop manually only because I would need to drive 30 minutes to even get to a store that would sell one. I almost refuse to because the intention is there, I put the printer into pairing mode, go onto my phone, click connect on the WiFi to the printer, go through with my WiFi info, then put the password in for it to do nothing.

So before I just say screw it & buy a new printer because I know it will sync up no problem at all… can someone please guide me before I snap. This has been going on for days & I am just beyond done.

Hi CherylAmber,

First, let's print a configuration page.  To do this, please turn your PIXMA MG3620 on and then follow these steps:

1.  Load at least two sheets of A4 or Letter-sized plain paper.

2.  Please press and hold the Wi-Fi button down on your PIXMA MG3620.  When the power lamp flashes, then let it go.

3.  Press the Wi-Fi button 1 time.

Two pages will print.

10 lines from the top of the first page, next to SSID, is your home's Wi-Fi name listed?

5 lines below that, is the Signal Strength greater than 70% ?

Lastly, 2 lines below that, what is listed next to IP Address?
