Trying to connect my mx492 to the router but when I follow directions after finding my router and clicking OK twice it goes into search mode without allowing me to enter password to connect to router. Once I find the router how do i set the password? How do I stop it after pressing the go twice?

Hi Handsomehary,

Some routers will not allow for the connection of the printer via manual connection.  Instead, please use the WPS PIN Code method.  For information on this, please follow the steps in this article:

It won't connect via WPS. i was told that because it was connect to a different router that I had to connect to a computer and run the software over again and then run it wireless
