I bought a new canon pixma mg3620 as I occasionally need to print things at home as I'm almost never in the office any more. I downloaded the full drivers and software package three times, reinstalled the printer numerous times, and am still missing the IJ network tool which I need to set up my printer on my wireless network. Installation has gone smoothly every time, I did not do a custom install, or omit any options during the installation process. There seems to be no way to download the IJ network tool from canon's website and I can't seem to figure out how to get the network tool installed. It just seems to be missing from the software and driver package. Unless I can find a way to get this option installed, I will likely be returning the printer. Searching the forums and multiple websites has revealed no solution to my issue.
