I have the above printer/scanner. two problems. when printing, I cant get it to stop printing on both sides. i turned off the feature in the printer and in the utilty settings. still does it. Also, I cant get the scanner to connect to my computer. went into network settings on printer, sellected my ssid, added passkey, says it is connected. printer wirks fine although double sided pages but scanner wont connect. either through control panel on printer or through scanner utility. Canon service is a **bleep**ing joke. they wont EVER pick up the phone

First of all, nobody answers that phone number. Ever. Whoever is incharge of that department that is supposed to answer it should be fired.

All it says is computer not connected. Printer works fine through wifi
